Orgvue, the organizational design and planning software platform, has announced the availability of its Web Model Context Protocol (WebMCP) interface that enables customers to use trusted AI agents directly within the Orgvue platform.
WebMCP connects a customer’s agent of choice to an already-open Orgvue Workspace browser tab. Agents then use pre-built tools within Orgvue to respond to natural language requests, improving usability of the platform and making the organizational design and modeling experience available to more users.
Orgvue is one of the first software vendors to adopt the emerging WebMCP standard, which adds a structured, machine-readable layer on top of the browser interface. This integration allows users to see and understand the actions that AI agents take within its platform. The pre-built tools enable agents to translate high-level restructuring ideas into practical, executable steps, show what the impact on the organization would be, and demonstrate how the change would work in practice.
WebMCP is a visible, governed collaboration between the user, their chosen agent, and Orgvue’s organizational model. This collaboration preserves context and gives the user a place to inspect and validate what the agent does before making workforce decisions.

Jessica Modrall, Chief Product Officer at Orgvue, commented:
“As work moves into AI environments, organizations need a robust design framework where innovation meets governance. Orgvue’s WebMCP is built to grow alongside our customers, so as new agent capabilities emerge, the underlying workflows, rules, and methodologies carry forward effortlessly. With WebMCP, our customers can achieve consistent, repeatable, and scalable organizational design in a way that’s not possible with AI platforms alone.”
Crucially, the integration safeguards against increased analytical speed at the expense of data control or security. AI agents can surface analysis and model changes, but no organizational data is updated without explicit human review and validation in Orgvue. This ensures that every confirmed change generates a clear, auditable, and reversible decision record.
While AI accelerates data analysis and pattern recognition, this does not guarantee reliable organizational decision-making at scale. Orgvue provides the governed, secure, and auditable system of design required to translate rapid insights into execution-ready workforce decisions. Whether evaluating team transfers or analyzing span of control across a business unit, outputs remain grounded in a single, trusted organizational baseline.
Orgvue has begun an early access trial with a select number of customers, which is expected to run for six to twelve weeks. WebMCP is now listed in the Anthropic Claude AI connector directory (EU/US/AP) and will become generally available to all customers from January 2027.
