His extensive experience spans leading multivariable teams in major global enterprises as well as navigating high-growth setups, giving him the unique ability to combine structured, enterprise-scale vision with the agility and hustle demanded by fast-moving technology companies.

For more than 20 years, Arvind has been deeply immersed in building technology-led businesses within the candidate assessment and HR Tech sectors. An alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow, his specialized domain expertise makes him an ideal fit to lead VeriKlick India as the company accelerates its mission to reimagine recruitment assessments using advanced artificial intelligence.
