ProLiant Expands Employee Navigator Partnership to Provide Greater Flexibility and Support for Employers and Benefits Brokers

ProLiant, a provider of payroll and human capital management solutions, announced that it is now an Employee Navigator licensee, making it the only HCM provider licensed to offer Employee Navigator directly to its clients.

ProLiant has been a trusted Employee Navigator integration partner for nearly a decade and our payroll integration has grown considerably together.

The move builds on nearly a decade of ProLiant’s proven integration with Employee Navigator, including two-way API connectivity and Single Sign-On (SSO). Under the new licensing model, employers that do not already receive Employee Navigator through a benefits broker can access the platform directly through ProLiant.

The expanded relationship is designed to support, and not compete, with benefits brokers. Broker-owned Employee Navigator accounts remain broker-led, while ProLiant can provide additional capacity, coordination, and troubleshooting when needed. This gives agencies greater flexibility to manage open enrollment demands, staffing constraints, and changing client needs.
