The data shows that more than 77% of defensive practitioners expressed interest in offensive training, while 44% of offensive practitioners reported interest in defensive skills. India, in particular, continues to emerge as a major center for cybersecurity capability development, supported by strong demand for technical talent and continued investment in digital transformation.

For talent acquisition leaders, this trend reinforces the value of broadening traditional recruiting strategies. The future cybersecurity workforce will not be concentrated within a small number of geographic markets.
