With 15 years of experience spanning HCM technology consulting, employee benefits, business development, and sales leadership, Schindler helps organizations navigate workforce, benefits, and growth strategies. Her background spans a breadth of industries, including extensive experience in the technology sector. Known for her collaborative approach, Schindler excels at bringing teams together, developing strategic solutions, and building trusted relationships that support client objectives and long-term success.

Prior to joining Alliant, Schindler was a business consultant with a national employee benefits consulting firm. She earned a bachelor’s degree in advertising from the University of Georgia.
