Alliant Insurance Services has hired Kristin Searcy as Senior Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group, expanding the firm’s strategic advisory capabilities across the Southeast and beyond. With a career spanning more than 20 years, Searcy has partnered with executives and organizations nationwide to design solutions that drive clarity, efficiency, and meaningful impact for their people.

Since 2002, Searcy has served as a trusted advisor to organizations seeking to strengthen workforce performance and operational resilience. Her focus spans employee benefits, HR consulting, technology and process transformation, insurance strategy, employee engagement, and organizational development. Searcy is known for navigating complex business challenges, uncovering root cause issues, and building strategies that create measurable change.

A licensed benefit and property and casualty advisor, Searcy has guided organizations through challenges involving growth, culture, compliance, cost containment, and workforce experience. Her background also includes deep experience in Professional Employer Organization (PEO) consulting, helping companies streamline operations and elevate administrative efficiency.
