City Credit Union Announces Mitchell Clark Promotion to EVP/COO

City Credit Union (City CU) is pleased to announce the promotion of Mitchell Clark to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (EVP/COO), effective immediately. In his new role, Clark will oversee the organization’s daily operations and play a critical leadership role in driving strategic initiatives, member experience and operational excellence.

Clark joined City Credit Union in 2011 and has since held several key positions, most recently serving as Chief Administrative Officer. With a strong track record of innovation, team leadership and results-driven execution, Clark has been instrumental in elevating the credit union’s service delivery and business performance.
“Mitchell’s deep understanding of our operations and his unwavering commitment to our members make him the ideal leader to step into the role of COO,” said Sharon Scearce, President and CEO of City Credit Union. “He brings a thoughtful, collaborative approach to leadership and has a clear vision for enhancing our member experience and operational efficiency.”
As EVP/COO, Clark will lead a number of core functions, including lending, technology, marketing and human resources. He also will work closely with the executive team to implement long-term strategic goals and support City CU’s mission of making a meaningful difference in the lives of its members.
