Why Trustworthy Data Is the Key to AI Success at the Workplace

Image
Artificial intelligence (AI) is on the verge of transforming the modern. Already, AI tools are being implemented to handle repetitive tasks like data entry and scheduling, allowing humans to focus on higher-level work that requires creativity, emotional intelligence and complex decision-making. On top of that, AI has the potential to make our office lives easier by spotting problems that slow us down and simplifying our work processes. It could automatically reserve meeting rooms and allocate resources in real-time, functioning almost like an all-knowing office assistant who prepares everything behind the scenes so that we can focus on the tasks at hand. However, the success of this AI-powered future hinges on one critical element: trustworthy data. Acting like complex sieves, AI algorithms sift through vast amounts of information to identify patterns and suggest improvements. But the quality of these suggestions is only ever going to be as good as the quality of the data they’re ba...

While B2B Saas presents its own challenges, people are people regardless of industry. Growing and scaling a business involves the same problems across all sectors – problems which need agile people who are willing to take risks, fail, and try again. But one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that technology has to serve people, not the other way around.   A common mistake HR departments make is to expect some new tech solution to solve all their problems. Big software implementations are hard and while they may solve some issues, they can create others. Every new implementation has to be done smartly in a way that makes HR faster, more efficient, and unlocks capabilities the...
